hey, wattsup guys! I've been cutting for a lil over 7 weeks now using insanity program. I've combined that with a little weight lifting past 3 weeks though because I didn't want to get too thing just doing HIIT. So my week goes Monday..insanity, Tuesday...weight lifting. Etc then a rest day. Well I wanted to know should I stop doing the insanity and just go back to weights with minimum cardio? I also wanted to know what my BF% is, thanks for read the post...advice greatly appreciated.

Keep bulking.

so 1 for bulk and another 1 for cutting. I feel like I'm at a point where I don't know which one would be better. Bulk up and gain more muscle and try to keep bf in check or keep cutting.

If you want to be leaner then cut, if you don't mind having a bit of fat on you then start bulking.

Yeah, I don't think there's any one thing that is "better" for you at this stage, which is good news, you can do what you prefer.

Totally up to you bro. There's enough mass to cut IMO

Keep cutting to get a little lower. Otherwise when you bulk, you won't see the muscle growth, which will greatly affect your mentality.

Cut, you're kind of in between but as the above poster stated, youll probably be more motivated in the long run if you cut now

17%

I'd cut at least a few more pounds, get down into the lower teens.

I honestly feel that if you eat a whole nutritious diet and pump the weights hard and incorporate cardio, your body and time will take care of the rest. I really just say eat natural and lift hard. Has worked wonders for me. Lost 20lbs in 4 months doing that.

I would definitely cut more before bulking, like someone else said the bulk will be much more rewarding when you are leaner. As I see it...

1. you still have no visible abs
2. your love handles are still pretty pronounced.

My opinion = don't bulk until those two things are addressed

just bought 5 lb of whey protein and 4 lbs of casien. I seriously lacked protein in diet and I didn't eat as much as I should have. I think I was burning a lot of muscle instead of fat. Hopefully this bump in intake of protein will help me retain and build more muscle. I was seriously just doing a whole bunch of cardio (insanity program) and eating probably 1500 calories and around 50-80 grams of protein when I could. Although I did eat healthy foods (low fat and whole wheat) I just didn't get enough.

Realistically you could be fine either way. But as there's have mentioned, if you cut you will be able to see progress better which is really motivating.
