Half-term almost over. A week of rest and way too much carb. Conversely the rest has nicely allowed my muscle base to grow and recovery. Tomorrow I first day back on prog. 5 days training a week. No carb after 1500h and no caffeine after 1500h, no booze for at least a month. Protein and hard graft from now on.
