View Full Version : Critique, Advice on diet.

Age 17
Height 5'7
Weight 175
BF - Estimate around 11-12

My goal right now is to just try and keep most of my size strength while getting rid of as most of the fat as possible. Heres what I have got for my diet so far.

Meal One - Serving Oatmeal, Cup milk, Yogurt, Whey 400 cals 30 protein
Meal Two - around 6 oz chicken and 1 cup rice w/ veggies or 2 slices wwb turkey and a yogurt 300-400 cals 40 protein
Meal Three (pre WO) - Serving Oatmeal w/ milk 6oz chicken or lean beef 350-400 cals 40 protein
Meal Four (Post) - 1 cup grape juice, scoop whey, 1/2 cup pasta 350 cals 30 protein
Meal Five - Chicken or tuna, Salad with olive oil and some cheese 350-400 cals 40 protein
Meal Six (Bed) - Cup milk, yogurt , peanut butter 350

Total Cals/protein 2100-2400 around 200 g protein.
I'm going to start to do cardio 3-4x a week 20-40 min different intensity.

I workout 4x a week hitting each muscle group once giving it my all.

I think most of my meals are pretty good exept for like Breakfast and Before bed because my stomach cant take all of the things i would like to eat like eggs and more than like 1 protein shake a day. Ill post some pics when i get a chance.

The one in my aviator is from like june and i weighed alot less.

Anyone help would be really nice : ) . Thanks in advance.
