I decided to log my meals today to see where I stand and how many calories I usually consume. While doing so, I discovered how much I lack iron. It is mid afternoon and I have only consumed 9 percent of the total iron I should be getting today. This could explain the constant tiredness I often have. Should I invest in an iron supplement? Or what simple foods should I start eating more of?

That's a list of foods high in iron.
Other sources of iron are things like red meat and eggs.
Iron can also be found in many/most fortified cereals. Even Cheerios, cornflakes, raisin bran.

dude live a little and eat a nice burger or a juicy steak.

Or if you have access to it and happen to like seafood.....octopus or clams.

You can also keep it simple and take a Multivitamin with Minerals.

I take an iron supp, but I'm anemic and need it...you gotta be careful iron OD is very dangerous.

You need some but don't go overboard on it.
