View Full Version : too full on questionable amount of calories

Need some help. Took in around 1736 total calories today and feel very full. I am supposed to take in 2290 for a CUT!. If i feel full with that are my numbers way off then? I should tell you that today was an off day.

Put a little bit more calorie dense foods into your diet just to help fill the gap?
if you're feeling full now, maybe wait an hour and then have a few tablespoons of PB with a scoop or two of protein powder and make yourself a sludge, couple hundred calories right there in a small volume. =)
