Consume adequate amounts of protein in whatever form you want, in hitting your daily macro goals.

I love meat so much, and it comes in so many wonderful forms that I'd say more than half of what I eat is meat. And I don't think there is anything wrong with that.

On my diet beef jerky is about the only meat I get, I might eat 4 ounces of that at the most.
On a cheat day, I eat around 2 or 3 pounds of beef, with some sauce.

Yesterday I had a 1/4 lb hot dog, a hamburger, 12oz of steak, a johnsonville brat, 4 deviled eggs, and whatever ham chunks were in the cup of pasta salad. Cookouts are fun.

I eat turkey burgers, steak, chicken breasts, lean hamburger (93/7), beef jerkey....most of my protein comes from meat.

Amen to that almost my whole diet came off a grill yesterday

i kill and eat 1 chicken per day, or 20 innocent shrimp.

always makes me sad knowing that 20 shrimp had to die for my 1 meal when im just 1 person.

I do about a pound of chicken per day, 1/2 minimum as it's a lunch i pre-make twice a week with 1/2 pound rations. If it's not chicken for dinner it's fish or beef, which is anywhere from 1/2 to 1 lb.

I guess I eat about 1.5 lbs of meat/fish per day. With the nearly infinite ways in which they can be prepared I can't get enough of it. Stuffed peppers, chicken francaise, Mexican style chicken, grilled chicken with cheese and fresh salsa, marinated steak, meatloaf, burgers, chili to name a few.

Dammit now i'm really hungry haha.

In a perfect world, and this happens half the time, a half pound of lean meat and a pound of fattier meat on rest days and vice versa on workout days. Somedays it's a couple of muscle milks and a cheeseburger. So let's say, a half pound at the minimum and two pounds at most.

Generally a 8-12 oz of chicken/fish and 8 oz of red meat.

Sometimes the red meat goes in favor of eggs/cheese for fat instead.

A burger patty (pretty sure it's real meat... maybe turkey?) + 2-3 pork ribs + 4-5 eggs

Especially grilled meat. Over charcoal. With hickory mesquite chips tossed in. Brb salivating.

6-800 grams for me. Usually chicken & fish, with some occasional steak :)

1.5-2lbs/day and I rarely if ever drink shakes unless I am saving calories for a pizza splurge.
