View Full Version : Loat 4.8 lbs in 1 week?

Im on week 8 in my cutting diet and last week i was 206. I lowered my cals and actually weighed out raw now because i didnt lose any weight week before. Im eating at 1530 cals now. This week im 201.2 and lost little under a inch off my stomach. How did i lose so much weight? I really was shooting for 2lbs at most. Maybe its making up for the week before. I didnt lose muscle right? My strength keeps going up.

Pretty normal. Be happy :) What will happen is the next week, you could possibly only drop a lb or maybe less. (not saying its true, but it happens). Fat loss doesn't just work, 1lb.week every week just because you eat a certain amount every day. Also, remember what you eat in relation to water weight can move that scale around like crazy.

Purely water weight and food brah. Starting dieting properly yesterday at was at 93kg. Woke up this morning and I was exactly 92kg. Inch off your waist is probably losing dat bloat
