I need help with my diet. I am fairly muscular. Bench 140kg x8 have 18inch biceps. But can't seem to loose my body fat to rip up. I don't have time to eat 6 times a day so only eat 3. My problem is going by what I am eating I should be dropping the weight. At the moment my diet looks like this.

Morning. Protien shake and coffee.
Lunch. Can of tuna about 200g and handfull of nuts.
Post workout. Wpi shake with water
Dinner. This tends to be whatever is going. Normally chicken and salad or steak and salad. And every Tuesday is pasta.

Going by this I'm pretty sure I should be dropping weight.

Any suggestions without adding anymore meals.

Thanks guys! And I know this is probably not the best diet but I am very limited for time.

You are obviously eating too much if you aren't losing weight.

I.e. a "handful" of nuts isn't really reliable
