So how is this for a person my age for cutting fat? Just trying to get more cut before July since I want to show off my hard earned abs and muscles when I go on a beach vacation. I have been lifting ever since January (2-3 days weights, 3 days of cardio) and put on quite a good amount of muscle since before I jusy did all cardio so now I want to drop my body fat at around 10-11ish percent for this beach vacation I'm going to this July. So can you please check out my diet and please suggest any adjustments I should to for my age. Also I cannot cut the whole milk since my doctor recommended it hoping that I may grow more and thats what my parents buy and expect me to drink LOL. So how is this diet for cutting, I got around 6 weeks. I already started eating like this 3 days ago. Any advice or suggestions on this plan? I do not cheat in my meal plans except for once a week, which helps me control my cravings and boost my metabolism. Thanks in advanced!

17 year old male - 5'2" - 125 pounds?

OP, you need to learn how much protein and dietary fat you need to consume at a minimum, to reach sufficiency. And you need to learn how to use those figures to calculate total caloric intake properly.

You also should learn that meal timing, and frequency...are largely irrelevant in terms of bodyweight and composition. Thus you need not consume calories seven times per day. Also, the use of protein powders is not necessary...unless your diet is deficient.

You might find some usage out of these stickies...

When advice is good...it's good. Your opinion does mean much. Don't sell yourself short. Miacanesfan25 is right. The advice he has given, should be followed!!
