View Full Version : If I hit my cal intake as well as my macros before partying am i good to go? (srs)

So Im gonna hit my macros as well as my cal intake before hockey and boozing it up, If i drink hard alcolhol, and diet coke (0 cals essentially), will my body recover well with good sleep as opposed to drinking nothing. As well whats better, beer, or hard + diet coke.

I don't drink, but I'm fairly certain alcohol has 7 cals/g so I'd say no.

Basically, occasional alcohol consumption isn't going to overtly affect your gains. Being hungover may or may not prevent you from training the next day. Drink lots of water between alcoholic beverages. As for your choice of alcoholic beverages, drink what you like. try and avoid slamming a whole pizza or a bix box meal from Taco Bell at the end of the night. Have fun, stay outta trouble.

Thanks bro, couldnt find much on it affecting your gains in general besides the testosterone decrease of 6.8%, but I drink mabie 1-2 times a week. You did me a solid,I can play beer pong with my bros with a clear mind.
