ok so i eat 3 meals a day, this is mostly because i have school and work and have no time to be preparing meals, let alone 6 a day, so wat are some good snacks to be a eating on the go, keep in mind that i am trying to reduce body fat, i was thinking of buying a protein bars perhaps, i also eat fruits for snacks as well.(apples,bananas)mostly

i would really appreciate the help.

Total daily energy balance and micro/macronutrient sufficiency are what govern the outcome of your diet. Not meal frequency or the names of the individual foods you eat.

Speaking of snacks, have any of you tried Lenny & Larry's Muscle Brownies? I'm curious about them!
