Hi guys, [i hope this is the right place for this]
My birthday is coming up in 2 days, and i'm looking for something fancy to eat for dinner with my family, which fits my cutting diet(which is a simple 500kcal deficit).
We usually eat pizza or something junkfood-ish, lol, so i was hoping somebody would have some good ideas!
High protein, 6-700kcals would be perfect.
Thanks in advance!

It's your birthday, eat what you want bud. Only comes once a year after all.

^What he said. FFS. One day. Eat the pizza. Enjoy. Crack some jokes. Get laid.

Next day get back on "diet".

Enjoy your b day! A "fancy" option could be some fish or a nice cut of steak. Always good!

shouldn't be thinking about your 'cutting diet' on your birthday. end thread.

Get the steak, plus cake.... Plus whatever the hell you want. Diet and exercise shouldn't interfere with something like your own birthday.

yeah you should splurge, It only comes round once a year... I was in the same position as you last year, was cutting and didnt want to eat cake, got an edible arrangement instead... totally regret it!!! craved cake for weeks after....... Use your splrge as motivation to push yourself harder in the gym the following day

Go out with family, pick an entree, main and dessert (any) and enjoy the meal.

No need to go on a massive binge, just pick whatever you'd love from the menu
