Let me first off state I am 25 years old, 183lbs, and about 13% bodyfat. I am currently on a cutting diet (IF a most days out of the week as well) and was wondering if I could get some input on my numbers. An average day's diet looks something like this:

Calories: 1700-2300
Fat(G):50-60 (mostly from a tbl spoon of olive oil in my protein shake and fish oil pills)
Carbs(G): 115-200 (main source of carbs is raw oats in protein shake)
Protein(G):180-200

So am I hitting some good numbers or should I make some alterations?

Why in the world do you eat that way and I shutter to think of how micronutrient deficient your diet must be.

P.S. The use of high dose multivitamins are no substitute for good nutrition and may pose health risks. See:

Started reading the first article and so far I find it some what interesting. However, the vague response of consume a decent diet doesn't really provide much help. My original question is just concerning my numbers while I am trying to cut. If you have any legit suggestions on how I can alter my numbers for a better cut by all means post them.
