Ok I have finally reached my goal weight wise. I have a question though. I have been dieting a lot in the last couple of years. I want to maintain my wieght come August. What should be my caloric intake? I know my metabolism has slowed because of dieting. I am working on speeding it up. What should I aim for though as maintenence. I am 5'4 170.

fo rmantaince, poeple like to eat aroun 15 times their bodyweight in calories.

Damn That is a lot. Wouldn't it vary on your metabolism? Assuming that I still keep the cardio in my regimen correct, Can eat that much? Which is 3 to 4 times a week (cardio). Also does this look right? Using the 50 30 20 Ratio...318 Carbs 191.25 Protien and 56 Grams of fat. Or is there a better ratio to use?
