Hey everyone i need some help. I did the calculations and i need 3300 calories to maintain my weight. Im 20 years old 6 foot 2 and weigh 245 pounds. My BF is 31%. I want to lose some fat. if i were to eat 2400 calories a day would that be safe? I currently go to a MMA gym and do conditioning 3 times a week and Muay Thai 3 days a week (same days). Should i be eating 2400 calories or more? Also how many grams of protein and carbs should i be eating daily???
