Hey guys, so every 2 or so weeks my track team has a "Pot luck" in which the teams parents bring massive amounts of food to eat after practice. These foods consist of cookies, pasta with loads of different cheeses and sauces, breads with garlic and butter, pizza...pretty much everything there is very high in carbs and fats and very low in protein. Are their any benefits to eating what ever at these pot lucks, I am bulking, but am trying to slowly bulk as I have been cutting for about 3 months. This weekend was the start of my bulk. Also how should I approach these days?
My Macros are 2083 cals 245 carbs 43 fats 179 protein.
