So I'm going to start making homemade protein shakes. I've been taking Mass gainers like GNC re-built mass for a while now but I want to start taking something a little healthier while still getting in around the same amount of calories. I'd like to know some good high-calorie ingredients to put in the shake. I'd like to get around 800 calories if possible. The protein I'll be getting is MusclePharm Combat Powder. Thanks for any help!

Protein Powder, Oats, Fruit, Honey, Peanut Butter, etc.. The possibilities are pretty much endless

Just look in your fridge/pantry and start grabbing things you like to eat and put them in a blender

peanut butter and banana is delicioussss. lots of peanut butter. plenty of calories, good fats, and protein to go along with your protein powder. and i toss oats in there as well. if you've never tried oats in it, i think it ads a nice consistency.

Add olive oil to the list. Yogourt works great as well.

I use raw milk, greek yogurt, peanut butter, ground flax seed, ground oats, almond butter, and egg whites.

I don't mix all these at once, but typically raw milk as a base... Then I go from there.
