85g Fat
290g Protein
3550 Calories

I'm 165lbs, 6'1 11%bf
bench 155lbs x8 reps x3 sets
squat 155lbs x8 x3
DL 155lbs x8 x3

Looking to up all those lift to 200-300, and weight in around 220-230lbs.

Don't care much for fat gain as long as i don't go over like 20%bf

if you gained that much weight in 2 years i assure you, you will be fat as hell.

I was thinking maybe 1-2lbs of muscle a month for 2 years. adding fats into it too should put me over 220 right?

What if i aim for 200lbs instead?
