I am currently 280 lbs and trying to get down to a fight weight of 205 this is what i have been eating please critque

9:00 2 slices of wheat bread 2 Tbs of natty peanut butter 1Tbs sugar free jelly Omega complex pill

11:00 protien bar or shake (usually MetRx)

1:00 4-5 oz. of chicken and either an apple or 1/2 cup toasted oats

4 :15 pm 4-5 oz of chicken and 1/2 cup toasted oats

6pm is BJJ class

7:30 pm protien bar

9:00 pm MetRx made with 2% milk

Any help will be greatly appreciated

I would add some protein to your breakfast, maybe some egg whites? Then after your bjj class, try having a whole food meal instead of the protein bar.
