I am 16 years old, 5 ft 6, 105 lbs. [Bench 110, Squat 145 Max]

(2) PBJ = 327 Calories, 10G Protein
(4) Glass of Milk = 122 Calories, 8G Protein
(1) Chicken Sandwich = 265 Calories, 21G Protein
(2) 1 Egg = 75 Calories, 6G Protein
(1) Soft Pretzel = 350 Calories, 9G Protein
(2) Cliff Protein Bar = 240 Calories, 10G Protein

= 2387 Calories
= 114g Protein


My meal timing is spread differently. But overall that is all the calories im consuming in a day for the diet i created.

What about fats and carbs? Doesn't look like you'll be hitting your micros either.

Ok I will add up the fats and carbs. And what number of cals and protein should i be hitting? Also i forgot to mention that whatever my mom makes for dinner will also be added. so ill definitely up 2600-2700+ cals and get around 130-140G of protein.
