I workout with weight training and thai boxing every week. 4-6 days a week usually .

with nutrition i think im pretty good as i eat clean ALL of the time, which brings me to my question.
my friends always make fun of this as ill never even have a small treat, its like OCD, i feel like i cant have it or whatever. wont even eat in restaurants -_-

sooooo what do you guys do ? do you ever eat a treat, NOT a cheat day / meal, but more like a bar or a pack of crisps ?

just wondering does anyone else feel like a social retard :)

define clean eating, do you wash your food?
Do you understand that the body does not see the food as its name, but just micro and macronutrient?
Any kind of cho turns into blood glucose, your body can not see what is a chocolate and what is a potato

On the top of that, you are 17, should not be worring about this

You may want to read this: http://www.wannabebig.com/diet-and-nutrition/the-dirt-on-clean-eating/

It is purely a mental thing.. I am the same way. I won't snack on potato chips, a brownie, etc.. either. The only time I eat out of context is when I decide to grab a couple slices of pizza, or a cheese steak etc.. I understand the whole macro/micro theory (which I follow) but I just don't like snacks like that personally. You are not alone!

The concept of clean foods is very misunderstood. Watch this http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=8QOmLj5yRyI

you should educate yourself about what you call ''clean eating''

Natural? What you tell me about the hormones given to animals, the pesticides used on plants and fruits?
Do you consider this natural?

Again, read the link that I provided

You should allow yourself to eat 'regular' foods and just fit count them towards your daily macro's.

Lol. You're making this waaayy to hard, man. Eat some junk! A slice of cake won't make you fat! A consistent caloric surplus will though. So long as your macros are hit everyday, you can basically eat whatever the hell you want. Google IIFYM (If It Fits Your Macros). And also check out Fat Loss For Noobs here in the nutrition section http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=129247741

And if you're doing genuine thai boxing, you are burning a ****-ton of calories yeh. Trying to get all those calories from clean foods would be hard as ****! You'd be eating brown rice and chicken breast all day! Yeh, don't be "that guy." If I ever went out to the pub with one of my mates and he didn't have a beer or some chips with me, I'd call him a woman! Some of the most ripped people I know eat crap all the time. Live your life, man. Hope this helps yeh
