I'm 6'6 and 250 pounds and find it takes about 4,500 calories for me to continue to build muscle mass. I'm trying to cut more without losing too much weight which means i need lower carbs and lots of protein. I'm currently about 18% body fat.

Anyone have to consume this much per day to maintain muscle mass? Care to share your diet?

you said you need 4500 to build, which means you'd need 4000 to maintain and 3500 to cut.

you should probably read the stickies again

ok so a 3500 calorie diet. I don't see anything really listing what people eat to achieve that in the sticky threads.

Cliffs:

- Eat whatever you want
- Provided That you hit 1) your daily calories. 2) your daily macros (protein/fat/carbs)
- Try to vary your food choices to ensure you get a range of micronutrients
- You don't need to eat chicken/brown rice/broccolli every meal
