Recently, I have started a new creatine supplement to gain a little size. I am in college and have an 18 hour semester, so I have very little time for anything other than being in class or doing classwork. I have started mixing the creatine in water and putting it in the refrigerator overnight so that I have time in the morning to grab it and head to class. I understand that I should take it right after my workout, but I am doing the "loading phase." Any thoughts as to whether this is a bad thing to do?

I wouldnt leave it in liquid overnight. Maybe 2-3 hours maximum but any longer and it can convert to creatinine.

Don't load creatine. Take 3-5 g a day whenever with whatever.

Also what diesel said

Drink it at night whenever is convenient for you at above suggested doses.

If you just mix creatine with water with a neutral pH and keep it in the fridge, it will have virtually zero breakdown, even after a month.
