Ok, I know that daily total macros are the most important aspect in nutrition.

However I want to know what you guys think about this.

I workout at night, so my last nutritional intake is as followed.

Dinner 7 pm

workout 830pm

post workout shake 9 30 pm 500 cals

Bedtime meal - Yogurt, casein shake. around 500 cals. 45g protein. 1030 pm

I know it's better to get a full balanced meal after the workout, but I want to know if this is fine too. I just feel like I should be getting a FULL MEAL, EVEN THOUGH THE SHAKE AND YOGURT are a solid 500 cals and 45g protein.

Does this sound ok, considering I am getting my total macros for the day?

Yes, it's fine. If you can have and do want a more satisfying meal postW, then do so. However, it's not necessary.

I agree, its totally fine. Remember that its more important to hit all your macros daily than specific nutrient timing(s).

are you eating balanced meals in the first half of the day or are all your calories in the evening?

I don't even consider protein powder a "supplement"
It is basically extremely high protein powdered milk
And much tastier. I prefer MGN and dont just use it for shakes (pancakes, sludge, Cheesecakes, ice creams, etc).
