Ey bb,

Stats:
6'0", 191 lbs/87kg 15-17%
Fat Loss: 2280
Training 4 times a week

I have been reading about carb cycling the last couple of days
and im trying to get my diet right for the next 16 weeks.

The problem is that i cant figure out how much i need to eat on the specific days.
I was thinking of the following
No carb day : 1900 kcal
Low carb day: 2280 kcal
High carb day: 2700 kcal

Monday (off): no carb (30gr)
Thuesday (on): high carb (380gr) Legs
Wednesday (off): no carb (max. +- 30gr)
Thursday (on): low carb (150gr) Back
Friday(on): high carb (380gr) Chect - Bicep
Sa (off): no carb (30gr)
So (on): low carb (150gr) Shoulders - tricep

Is this going to work or am i to low in kcal?
Feel free to critique!

You're going to drive yourself nuts with that plan.

Getting to 10%BF is very doable with a consistent calorie deficit. Just keep it simple. Throw in a day every week or so where you eat at maintenance and you'll be good to go.

Well i have been cutting for almost 4 months now (1 december).
Lost 5kg and dropped 2% but it seems like i have hit a plateau, so im trying to switch things up.
I have been figuring things out and think this will let me lose the weight i want.

Low carb = 2329 kcal P 263 C 142 F 89
No carb = 1835 kcal P 216 C 40 F 96
High carb = 2956 kcal P 289 C 298 F 79

What do u guys think?
