Currently from my meals 1,2 and 3 + my 2 protein shakes I am getting 1589 calories and 200g protein...If any of you guys could make suggestions of food with a good amount of calories/carbs it would be greatly appreciated!

Ps - I do not need anymore foods that require protein mainly just carbs/calories.

I weigh 189lb and am getting 200g from the first few meals and shakes..

Thanks!

If you're bulking without eating cheesecake or brownies you're doing it wrong.

would suggest that OP gets about 85g of fat/day (this is about .45g/lb)

Would suggest pasta, cereal, Oats, fruits, ice-cream, things with high sugar, etc. if looking for carb sources. Potatoes too if u like them, i'm not a fan personally.
