View Full Version : Thoughts on my diet plan?

Hi im brand new to bodybuilding and would like some advice about dieting. My goal is to gain muscle and reduce fat, what are your thoughts on my diet plan. p.s i haven't counted calories or anything like that.

Meal 1: Bowl of oatmeal, 1 boiled egg, handful of cashew nuts, water

Meal 2: (Pre Workout) 2 tuna sandwiches in brown bread, pint of milk, banana

Meal 3: (Post Workout) Bowl of pasta with mince, water

Meal 4: Salmon fillet, potatoes, broccoli, water

Before bed a few slices of toast and a handful of cashews.

Gotta count calories and macros mate, no way around it. Read stickies, crunch numbers, become enlightened.
