hey guys, does anyone know if eggs contain everything the body needs as far as protein, dietary fat goes? as far as i know, they contain most of the minerals and vitamins the body needs as well. i'm going camping soon and was thinking of just eating eggs to sustain me.

thanks

To sustain you how long?

Eggs are about as complete a single food as one can find, however our dietary needs are very diverse, and eggs alone won't cover all your needs!

protein and fat needs, yes. Micronutrient, carb and fibre needs, no.
