I have been lifting for a few months now and I noticed I've gained 7lbs in a way it scares me because I don't feel like I've gotten much stronger but I have increased all my lifts since I've started is it a good gain or bad? I've been lifting 4 days/week I just don't really feel any bigger

If you've increased your lifts then you're getting stronger, unless you started out with overly light weight. The important thing is not your scale weight, but your results in the gym and mirror appearance. If you're stronger and not excessively fatter, all is well on a bulk.

Keep it up. The weight gain is pretty normal, and as the previous poster said it doesn't matter what the scale says, but what you see and how you feel.

Invest in a tape measure, it will tell a better truth than a scale.
