View Full Version : Opinions on Cutting with this diet?

Hi Guys, I've been researching on here for a while now and have just finished putting together a diet to help me cut up. I've taken a few bits from other peoples diet ideas but im struggling to make the daily totals. I've been weight training for about 3 years now and want to drop my body fat % by 5% while maintaining as much muscle mass as possible (i know some loss is unavoidable) Here's my particulars:

Height - 6'0
Weight - 210 lbs
B/Fat - 20%
BMR - 3500

I dont expect anybody to do the hard work for me, but can you see where I'm going wrong or where I can sort this out? It looks like I'm almost 1200 of my BMR and that's without taking into account my continued training! Any pointers would be very welcome!!
