this is a statistics thread

For everyone who's trying to gain muscle mass
1-how many calories does he eat?
2-how much protein does he eat daily?
3-where does he get that protein from? (in details please)

If this has been covered before please refer me to the link
Thanks

I'm not bulking right now, but were I to do so the answers to your questions would be:

Approximately 2,400 calories.
About 125g for a realistic target weight.
Greek yogurt, various meats, dairy products (cheese and cottage cheese, primarily), nut butters, and nuts would be the main sources.
