Whats a good fat % through out the day. I just went to fitday.com typed everything i ate today and i came out like this:
2750 cals
107g fat
295g carbs
155.9g protein

Now the website puts in healthy fats too. Like 13.5 of that is olive oil, 16.1 is peanut butter, 5.7 is whole grain fat, also side note is that today is a high fat day for me because i ate ground beef tonight instead of chicken.

Post your stats.

If you read the stickies above you can determine for yourself!

Whatdo you mean by ratio? As in how much per meal? It doesn't matter. Eat it however you like

I mean like does that seem like a lot of fat in my diet plan? I'm trying to bulk up.

It seems fine assuming your caloric intake is OK and you're not 300lb+ (which you aren't or you wouldn't be bulking)
