one of those days where u lay around and do anything basically its an off day, and wondering as long as i get 500 under maint. if the type of food really counts and if macros are all thrown off i.e jimmy johns, pizza, galric bread etc.

Not only is it important to stay within your calories, but it's also important to try and hit your target macros for the day.

The main difference IMO between clean vs dirty bulking is not body comp, but rather, health.

im not on a bulk but a slow cut/ maint.

What BS said is right on, like usual. It certainly won't kill you to do this once in a while, but ideally you should certainly not do this on a regular basis. If one day you decide you want some pizza and you can fit it into your macros/cals for the day, go for it. But if it becomes a habit your body and health will suffer because of it.
