View Full Version : Help needed on diet!!!!!

Hi everyone,

I have been training now for around 11 months, i currently weigh around 164 pound with a body fat of 11.2%, my diet is really strict but can it be to strict and should it be more varied? should i eat more food that is bad for me to put on some size then worry about cutting later? any advise on my current diet would be great thanks

my current diet is:
6.30 - protein shake
7.30 - 75g of oats, 2 whole eggs
10.30 - 1 apple,150g of fat free natural yoghurt, 1 piece of wholemeal bread
1.30 - 75g of brown rice, 100g of chicken
3.30 - 75g of brown rice, 100g of chicken
4.00 - protein shake
4.30 - GYM SESSION
Post workout - protein shake
7.00 - 300g of sweet potato,veg, 100g of chicken or fish or beef
9.30 - 150g of low fat cottage cheese, handful of almonds

all values are uncooked weight!!

In short, it would be better health wise to have a more varied diet and also for sanity.
