Hi guys I need some help polishing up my diet, my weight is currently 194lbs approx 20% bf, my goal is to get down to 10-12% bf! I have a physical job working in the building trade doing landscape gardening and I go to the gym 3 times a week doing weights and no cardio. Thanks in advanced

Breakfast: Swiss style muesli with skimmed milk 406 calories

10am break: 2 slices of white bread with chicken 250 calories
cheese & onion walkers crisps 131 calories

Lunch: 2 slices of white bread with chicken. 250 calories
2 Snack pork sausage rolls. 232 calories

3pm: whey protein 178 calories

Dinner: southern fried chicken fillets. 484 calories
Uncles bens rice. 196 calories

Desert: chocolate mousse. 88 calories

This is what I eat on an average day

Totals: 2188 calories
Fat: 59g
Carbs: 289g
Protein: 124g

calories look somewhat low even for a cut. what is your calculated BMR and TDEE?
Fat and Protein are both low. Fat minimum is .45g/lb while protein minimum is 1g/lb.
no fruit or veggies = fail
also note that meal timing is irrelevant to body composition

BMR = 2,332.72
TDEE = 3616
I used a checker online not 100% sure these are accurate
