Alright i got back on track. But now im not sure how late in the day u can workout. I work 11-7 cant workout in the morning cuz gettn ready for wrk n dropen the kid off.
But the biggest prob is i take my pre meal n the on my way home take a pre sup. workout the take my pwo shake. and by that time its 830. Do u have to have a meal after the pwo shake or just a shake n thats fine.
SO how would i do this im used to working out in the am then have a meal n so on. any advice be great

it doesn't matter, you can workout whenever you have time.

and no you don't need to have a pre/post wo meal...yuo need to meet daily macro targets regardless of the composition/timing of your meals.

You don't need any supplements as long as your diet isn't deficient and it's perfectly fine to train in a fasted state.
