New to the tdee thing...if my tdee is 2808 and my avg cal intake(excluding calories burned from workout) is ~2000 a day, should I be looking to up my calorie intake daily?
Working on my cut at the moment trying to drop down to 10-12%Bf from around 20-22
Macros: 190g carbs/190g protein/55g fat

Calories burned from your workout should be included in your TDEE. And ~2000 puts you at about a 28% deficit, which I would say is too much. I'd add about 300 calories to bring it closer to 20%, ideally with some more dietary fat. :)

just going to reiterate what was said in the other thread.

experience>estimation.

TDEE provides a starting point to be refined by trial and error.
