So this is what i ate today, im not all the way done, i still have tonights post workout meal. see anything i could replace or how is it? im bulking right now about 500 above maintenance.

that's the only relevant info you've given. food choices largely irrelevant. what are your total macro's?

Maybe add some eggs in for breakfast, and a chicken salad or stir fry, & try bananna's w/ your oatmeal. Just ways to get some more protein in.
