So to start off, I would like to say that I am a wrestler and though I had good technique and it showed, but I usually just ended up getting muscled over, so before next season I want to put on as much muscle as possible and cut to around 10% BF and stay there. I stand at 6'2" and am 215 pounds. My BF at the beginning of the season was measured around 15%, but I am not sure how accurate that was. I think I'm anywhere from 15-18%. I read the sticky and calculated that to cut I am going to eat 2000 calories a day, 210g Protein, 100g fats and 200g carbs. Is this anywhere near correct?

Your caloric intake would be insufficient, as your BMR is above 2,100 calories per day. Even if ou're relatively inactive, your TDEE is likely near 3,000 calories per day.

Okay I retried this. So for my cutting diet :2200 Calories
192g Carbs
220g Protein
61g Fats

Still seems a little low man, that's what i started cutting at when I weighed 147. Guessing you can still lose fairly easy on more calories. I also don't know how you lowered fat and ended up with more calories this time you calculated it...

Actually your first calorie intake was 2540, second was right around 2200 though.

Where do you think I should cut at? Like how many calories?
Also I was doing the math in my head and I realized my mistake shortly after I posted this.

Anyone know how many calories I should use for cutting?

Your first calculations look fairly close. I'd proly do more protein and less fat though. Just depends on what works for you.

Don't forget about re-feeds. Once a week or so should be okay. Basically drop protein/fat slighty and up carbs. Calories should be around maintenance. Not sure on exact numbers, but something like 400g carbs, 215g protein, 60g fat would be a good start, that will be 3000 calories. Just track everything and play around with macros to see what works best.
