Wow...shall we start with the labeling of 8 almonds as a meal, use of a multivitamin to account for obvious micronutrient deficiency in the meal plan, or the practically axiomatic lack of dietary fat in meal plans put up for critique? I can all but guarantee that you're not getting enough calories, and your macros are probably way off. Have you read the stickies?

in the meantime stop eating so much tuna, gonna give yourself mercury poisoning

Nine meals? Oh a meal consisting of eight almonds? What Bdeblo said. Nine meals is a little obsessive and slow down on the tuna

You're going to be shocked to learn the meal frequency and the names of the foods you eat are largely irrelevant in terms of the outcome of your diet.

What matters is daily energy balance and micro/macronutrient sufficiency.

Up your fish oil tablets to 4 a day when you cut. Combine meals 7 and 8 for a 16 almond nutblast feast. Everything else looks good.
