I've always enjoyed dairy products for years but a few months ago I started feeling really sick anytime I drunk my whey in milk shakes. I just thought I was ill or something so persevered for 3 months feeling sick most of the day and eventually vomiting usually several times in the gym toilet. Recently I stopped taking whey and all dairy and have felt alot better but I still get very slight bouts of nausea when eating a large meal or when taking jack3d.

Question is could I have damaged my digestive system or something and it will take a while to repair cos I overloaded it with lactose for months?
