Whole milk mixed half and half with cream, steak, eggs, bacon, water, rice cakes... oh wait, those last couple must be a flash back from when I was a calorie restricting weight-watcher person.

Nice save, but the OP just seemed like a general question not related to BB, as you didn't state nutrition as a concern.

Anywho, for me, I don't snack. I have 3 meals a day, and that's about it. I keep a couple packs of beef jerky and a protein bar in my office just in case I feel the need, and they've been there for a LONG time.

Oh Peanut Butter!

Smuckers all natural super chunky peanut butter Goobed On, Smuckers concord grape jelly spoonfull, on some sort of really fresh multigrain bread with small glass of skim.
That sh*t puts the fat on me, and for that I hate it, but Ghad I love it so.

At night when I'm carb craving, cut up apple and cut up Zero Impact Pumpkin Supreme Bar w/ bottle of water. Freakin Love that.

I get carb cravings at nite so I googled the "Zero" bar

440 calories, 20gr fat, 35 gr of carbs....:o all for $3.50 a bar :) gotta admit it looks good tho...

I'll stick with my small bowl of Kelloggs Buds, in skim milk whipped with protein powder (thickens the milk).
