i have been working out for over two years. i have lost a total of 60lbs. i do lots of weight traing and 20 to 30 min of cardio a day. my work out is 4 to 5 days a week. train all parts of body. happy with body except for lower gut. have fat on lower gut that i cant get rid of. feel lots of ab mucle but cannot lose the lower gut fat. any advice on how i could make this happen? i am using oxyelite, whey protien, bcaa's, and creatine.

General advice: reduce calories-in.



For specific advice:

What is your maintenance calorie level, and how far below it are you eating on a consistent basis?

How much (in gram quantities) protein, fat, and carbs are you currently eating?

What is your training routine?

to compliment IW response... there is no way of spot reducing fat....unless you opt for liposuction. The best course is to stay on a calorie deficit and use cardio as a tool to aid in burning more calories.
