When is it the most important to eat the carbs? Breakfast? Lunch? Pre or post workout? or at the evening?

AM 9 Wakeup

AM 9:30 Proteinshake, EC stack

AM 9:40 Threadmill ~45-1h

AM 11 AM Can of tuna

PM 12:30 Lunch Usually chicken/salmon and some form of carb

PM 2:30 EC stack

PM 3 Gym 45-1h

PM 4 Proteinshake (should i put some carbs here?)

PM 6 Eggs/tuna/chicken/beef and maybe some fullgrain pasta (switch the carbs here to post workout?)

PM 10 Cottagecheese with diet cordial (tastes exactly like yoghurt but it got low fats and carbs but high on protein)

PM 11-12 sleep

So what do you guys say? Should i switch the carbs from my evening meal and take em post workout or do i need em more in my evening meal?

Not currently calculating calories but i make sure i eat over 200 grams of protein and ~1000-800 calorie deficit (going for that until ive dropped my BF from 16ish to 12% then i go for -500)

Eat them whenever you want.

But dont i need the carbs post gym workout to store them in my muscles(forgot the word begins with a G atleast)

So i pretty much dont need to worry about carbs in my evening meal and just make sure I get the carbs in my lunch and post workout?

Nothing more to say, eat your carbs whenever you want them. Just make sure you meet your goals for the day.
