ok, im trying to cut and this is the diet im going to adopt.

5 meals a day of only protien and vegetables. tuna, grilled and baked chicken, muscle milk, egg whites, and salads only. tons of water and wind sprints. comments?

Besides, the Muscle Milk, it looks like an all protein diet, besides the little bit of fiber you include. An diet that is almost all protein is a VERY bad idea, as it is extremtely catabolic, especially if you are doing cardio too. I know this from personal experience. If you're gonna go the no carb route, you need to include some more fat in your diet.

I eat really similar stuff but in order to incorporate the fats I put olive oil and cheese on my salad, mayo in my tuna and sometimes make an egg white salad with mayo, chicken dipped in olive oil, etc.

what's you age weight height ?

It appears you are looking to do keto, or a variation of it. I recommend you read Chi-town's sticky on keto, and continue to research this.

Better buy some Metamucil while you're at it, there is very little fiber other than the salad in your plan.
