View Full Version : Need advice with my cutting diet

180lbs 5ft 10 3/4, 2600-2800 calories, 76-80g fat, 207g carbs, 297g protein

2 servings of fruit a day+veges+1 carb meal(60g)

Just not seeing the results I want, I eat 5 meals a day plus pshake after workout. Cardio 5x a week and 2x HIIT. Workout 5-6 times a week as well.

I cheat once a week with 1 meal, just whatever I am craving, burger etc..

I just want to get rid of my belly, just need some advice and if I'm doing anything wrong.

Calorie intake may need to be reduced. What is your maintenance?

Could decrease protein by a third and increase CHO/fats if you like. Your choice.

Maintenance around 3300, increase far decrease protein?
