Hi ppl, I'm 46 and have been on the back burner for some time, after going in a health and well being comp, ( lost 10 kg in 12 weeks) I am motivated like crazy to build the beach body, tomorrow I'm hooked up with a PT / bodybuilder- power lifter , I'm hoping after being lost in the wilderness hes going to help me get on the train to my goals :)
I work very hard at getting rid of my winter coat and better cardio, good meals and motivation.
Any one cares to drop me a message id be glad to hear some posative thoughts

good luck man. No matter how old/young are you, you can do what ever you want, just be both wise and stubborn :)

and if you have time, read about nutrition, workouts, supplements, resting and similar things. Proper nutrition combined with workouts, means a lot, especially if don't want (who would want, after all) to lose muscles, but fat ... And if you get enough rest, you will not 'crash and burn' trying ...

Gratz on the posative comments, had a PT today then went off for my first real routine after good advice, makes a lot sence happy dayz

Still at it today PT , then session arms are sore it's good to now have some knowledge on teqniqe , backed up with a 5 k run this arv , intervals 1 min jog 1 min fast as I can. Puffed out after but. heart of the lion :)
Gotta shed the stubborn love handles any way I can :)
Will post progress pics soon I'm hoping of a big change in time my whole life seems to be around getting fit and toned right now.
