View Full Version : Elbow Pain - Ulnar Nerve?

I decided to post because I stopped lifting about 6 months ago due to pain in my elbows. Soon afterwards, I felt "tingling" in my 4th and 5th fingers. I was told by friends it was my Ulnar Nerve and it's common with an elbow injury. I was told to wait about 6 months. However, I feel that, recently, the "tingling" has gotten worse, and I still have pain in my elbows that feel like pins are being put through them.

I am going to see a doctor soon, but I was hoping those that have suffered from this could help explain my issue and what to expect.

Any exercises to help this condition would be greatly appreciated, as well.

It's not necessarily in the elbow, albeit probable. Either way this is why the Doctors get paid the big bucks, to figure this stuff out. You can't follow a productive course of treatment and therapy without figuring out exactly where the problem is originating.

FWIW, my elbow pain just got diagnosed at bilateral tricep tendinitis. Starting PT Saturday.

I would recommend a chiropractor. Could be an issue around the c6-c7 area in your neck.
