Yes. But the method, if it's deemed that any is actually required, will be determined by your doctor.

Yes.... Search is your friend. Many recent threads on this topic around here.

Several real good herbals which boost either by suppressing estrogen or SHBG....also an amino that increases LH which in turn increases test production works well.

You will find lots that dont think that they work....but I tend to disagree. With that said...they are the last thing to consider AFTER every other part of your training is dialed in.

They sure are....but increases of 40-100% are not going to have results like banned substances. The results are noticeable. I have always noticed increased strength, recovery, and a nice feeling of well being.

2. Heavy squatting
3. Food high in saturated fats
4. not putting hot water on your golf balls, when showering

NEVER straddle a microwave while it is on. NEVER ride a bike down a bumpy road. Never wear women's underwear. If you stick to these 3 rules.. ur test levels will probably remain at on optimal level.

seriously. you look young enough. EAT and sleep a lot, and lift intense 4-5 times per week and your test production should be elevated just fine. Avoid stress too.

Im 37.I have gotten my passion for body building back after 3 years.i work two jobs so sleep isnt always the best.and i hit the gym hard atleast 4 times a week.with a diet that consist of eggs,turkey burgers,lots of tuna and protien bars and shakes.all my bread is %100 whole wheat flour.i also take vitamin c,a multivitamin.NO Explode before work outs.im probably trying to do to much at once by attempting to burn fat and build up strength and size.

I sleep on it. I think niacin does something and fats too. I had a niacin flush other day. I was only taking 100mg a day.

I've been toying with the idea of trying this:
