17 yrs old, 5'10" 170lb. On a current bulk.

How are my macros?

200g protein
60g
300g carbs

Todays diet:
Missed breakfest

12 p.m.
protein bar(30g protein)
12:45
10oz lean chicken tenderloin
8oz milk

2 p.m.
2scoops whey protein w/ 16 oz milk and a banana

4 p.m.
protein bar(23g protein)
bowl of cheerios

630 p.m.
Not sure, maybe chicken again or maybe I should shoot for some more carbs, eggs?

So far: 1500 calories
190g protein
34g fat
100g carb

Am i Missing anything?

Already checked it out extensively. I'm really lacking on carbs and fat, if I'm not mistaken. Correct? Protein im doing fine. I plan to hit 250-300g by the end of the night.

Added more carbs.

PB/Jelly Sandwich.

20g protein, 80g carbs, 22g fat.

Todays intake: 210g protein, 180g carbs, 50g of fat.

How does that look?

^ Please read the stickies. Your dietary fat intake is still deficient and your caloric intake is likely acutely deficient for a bulk.
